Returns & Refunds
Preowned Items
All preowned jewelry and watches sold by Pangea Collectors are returnable for up to fourteen days after purchase. All returns can be subject up to a 10% restocking fee after deductions for return shipping paid for by Pangea Collectors.
ALL credit card transaction fees WILL NOT be refunded.
Pre-owned watches and their respective boxes and paperwork (if applicable) must be in the exact same condition as when sold.
Brand New Items
Brand new items are not eligible for returns / refunds. On a case by case basis, some brand new items will be allowed to be returned with up to a 20% restocking fee after deductions for return shipping paid for by Pangea Collectors, as well as any transaction fees (nonrefundable PayPal fees)
How to initiate a return
Notify us that you wish to return an item, and for what reason(s) you may have to return the item(s).
Include a packing slip with any information (printed order confirmation) in the package for fastest refund turnaround time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a refund to be processed after post-return inspection. Refunds will be given via initial payment method.

Returns & Alterations Policy with Recommendations
We offer a 14-day return policy. The return period closes two weeks after the date of delivery shown by USPS tracking or other shipping service. Returns must be announced before the close of the return period and must be received in the same condition as it was delivered or the return will not be accepted. Please ship carefully to protect the condition of the piece.
Additionally, our policy is that once an alteration is made we consider the item non-returnable. We do offer alterations with our team of skilled jewelers however our recommendation is to purchase and receive the item beforehand to be sure you like the piece in person and then have any alterations such as ring sizing or earring back conversions done with your local jeweler.
If you want to have your alteration done with one of Pangea’s expert jewelers the details and price must be discussed as part of the transaction, preferably before the item is purchased so we can alter the return policy, price to include alteration, and handling time (alterations may add 7-15 business days to the delivery date depending on jeweler availability and the alterations being made).
Alternatively you can discuss alterations with us after you have received the item and know you want to keep it, just contact us regarding your alteration plans and we will negotiate the details and price of the alteration and shipping process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Ex. An order that comes in on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do ship on some Saturdays depending on availability of our shipping department, and when the order is made. If you need your item fast, call us at 201-445-4199 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please contact us through phone or email if there are any delays or issues receiving your shipment. We will do our best to sort out the issue.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have three shipping speeds available, see below.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Pangea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Pangea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently only shipping domestically in the U.S. through our website. We plan on providing the option to purchase from us internationally in the near future. For now, many of our products can be shipped internationally if you purchase through our eBay store, pangeacjw, via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
